When My daughter told me that I have a cottagecore vibe I was surprised and a little honored. What a lovely compliment! Cottagecore is known to embrace a romantic, cozy aesthetic that celebrates simple living, natural materials and traditional skills like baking, gardening, and crafting. It evokes images of flower-filled meadows, rustic farmhouses and homemade bread cooling on windowsills. And when it comes to my simple three ingredient, no-knead bread I think she's exactly right. there.s nothing like the smell of fresh bread right out of the oven.
